i have taken a loan from hdfc bank and my 2 emis got bounced

what will happen in the future what the bank can do can they go to the court and how long it may take to settle the issue

they will surely go to the court. how much time have gone by when the 2 emis were defaulted on that payment. have you been served by the notice for the payment of your defaulted emis. how much amount is there which have been elapsed.

The bank in your case can obviously file a case against you in the court for recovery of their money. And if there are any cheques involved then the matter can go through section 138 NI act. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
