I have selling bike for someone but he did not change the bike paper.

Hello Sir,nRespected sir I want to be know for a legal action what i take for my saturation. I have selling my bike for someone but he did not change the bike paper and didn't respond seriously. Now I want to he change the paper if he not change so returns me the bike. What I do please tell me sir. I give my bike for 13k one year ago but now if he return me so I want to be buy some less amount 9k like because he used also and I want to send for a legal notice for his house.please tell me the solution sir .Thankyou nMrityunjayn23/05/2022

Yes…you must send a legal notice to that person because if he involves himself in an accident then you will be in trouble. In the legal notice you can write that either return the bike or change the paper or face legal action. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi, going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to look at the papers which were given at the time of selling the bike, secondly if he is not agreeing to change the name on the paper then we can send him a legal notice telling him to do the needful and asking him to provide a declaration that the bike has been sold. We can have a meeting to discuss the same in detail.
