I have received a Notice from bank pertaining to non payment of loan
16-Sep-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Sir, My father is missing from 1999 and we have filed complaint and received death certificate in 2005 and we have filed a writ petition in High court for job on Compassionate ground , and have a loan in bank on our home . The case is still running now the bank has sent us a notice that we have to pay Rs. 4 lakhs against loan if not the property will taken for sale by bank ... Please suggest what can be done sir.....
As the matter is already pending before the Hon'ble High COurt you can file an application asking to expedite the matter due to the reason stated above. or the court may direct the bank to hold till the pendency of your writ petition. else you can seek time from the bank as well.
