I have join a coaching institute where after 2 days I have realised that the faculty were not good at teaching just to save my drop year I have decided to leave it but they refused to refund me by saying it's not refundable what legal action can I take please help

First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either refund my amount or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if they fail to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your refund along with compensations.
