I have invested 12.00lacs rupees in future maker lifecare LTD for good returns but now company is suffering from some cases so my money I'd not received in time also no response from senior how can I get my money I have invested through RTGS in company account
It all depends on how (mode and method) your investment was made and documentation surrounding the investment. If your money is not being returned then it goes without saying that you will have to approach court or arbitration depending upon documentation. However, as a last ditch attempt try sending them a legal notice.
