I have given a loan directly to the trust account How To Recover It

I was one of the trustee in an educational trust while serving as a trustee I have given a loan to that trust in two instalments 5 lack of cash for which the president and secretary of that trust has given me a letter head of trust with seal and signatures of them and again after 3 months I have given a loan directly to the trust account through NEFT of 6,74,000 Rs for which they have not given me any written agreement...After some days I resigned as a trustee but they are refusing me to give me my loan amount to me...So please guide me how to recover my loan legally from the trust now.

In this case you can send them a legal notice and state your contentions. If they donot comply with the terms of the notice then you can file a recovery suit under the provisions of order 32 of the Civil Procedure code. However you can also file a police complaint in the nearest police station.
