I have an outstanding balance of rs 175000 on my sbi card as I have lost my job and unable to pay the dues and the recovery agent is harrasing a lot and I visited there office and requested for settlement and the amount they r saying to pay is high and I m looking for less amount

Write to SBI for one-time settlement citing job loss and financial hardship. Recovery agents cannot harass; complain to bank and RBI if needed. Negotiate lump-sum settlement in writing; pay only after written approval.
