i had given money to a friend which i want to recover now

i had given money to a friend 6k in a week he was supposed to give me back with 1k interest and now its been more than 1 month. after that after a week or so he said ill sell your gaming account cause i did wanted to sell so i said yes after that he did sell the acc for 4.2k he still have not given me that money after a week or 2 i had it enough i said i need it now and all he said add interest after all the interest the amount is 23k even today.

Keep chats, payment proofs and screenshots safely. Send a legal notice demanding repayment. If he still defaults, file a money recovery suit and consider a cheating complaint as per the concerned provisions of law.
