I did not repay my loan amount from past 70 days due to some fraud

I took a loan from early salary to take admission on ufaber (UPSC Pathshala).Soon I came to know they did not provide me the service they promised and when I ask them for that service they denied me and also did not cancel my Loan and course after several email.how can I pay when I am not using the service..what are the consequences i have to face

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either provide the required services or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file a case under consumer protection act 2019 in consumer court against this education institution if any of right of consumer is infringed related to service or product and also file a recovery suit against this educational institution for refunding your money back
