I am having loan with cashe failed as on due payment now they said we filed case against you as per section 420 also using abusive language to me

sir if you have taken loan from an NBFC you will have to make the requisite payments on time. if the chaps from the recollection department are using abusive language then you must inform the financial institution about the same.

hi In this case in respect of money recovery the lending company cannot initiate criminal action against you as per law the lending company also cannot use abusive language and muscle power to recover you can proceed to send legal notice to the said company for such harassment
