I am facing harrasment by finance company due to delay

hello ... i took my vehicle on loan from from finance company and coz i was not here there was a delay in 5 months installment so i spoke with the managment and told them in 15 days will clear the due amount but their representative started harresing me from the start by talking very rudely and threating me for legal charges and insulting me at my work place by calling every hour continuously. need help
You are at fault by not paying your installments on time. at this moment you need to pay all the pending balance and then write to the management or higher authority complaining about the person who is harassing you and let the company take necessary action.
