I am asking for refund from Amity University, but now they are not rep

Hi, I eanted to take admission in online bba program of amity university. For this i paid 30000 as my first semester fee even before they took any documents from me. And after paying fee i have not received a single email confirming my payment. Or any other communication regarding to my admission process. I paid fee on 20th june and due to some financial issue plus after finding out that admission counselor lied to me about some major point. I requested for contant details for applying for refunds. But they never provided me anything. And still haven't. After 1 week i got the details of escalations from my friend who is in Amity. I emailed them for the refund. But its been more than 1 month they've not replied to me after that 1-2 days of talking. I called my admission counselor, she instead of accepting that amity is at fault she kept making me wait for a week to arrange a call from someone responsible for the refund. My question is can i legally ask them for refund?
