How to recover the money lent to a friend

In the month of April, I paid ₹40000 to my friend through net banking and I have also the screenshots of it. He told me that he will return my money in 1 month but now it has been more than 3 months and he is not returning my money. Please tell me how to recover my money.

You given some of Rs to your friend as he require and your friend promise you that he will repay it with in one month. If your friend not returning the said amount and you wish to recover in this situation you can send him legal notice through Advocate.

Kindly issue him a legal notice through an Advocate for recovering the loan amount. If he does not repay the said amount then you can file a civil recovery suit for recovering your amount. For any further clarification kindly book a consultancy call.
