Sir maine 2 years pahle kisi ko 1 lakh udar diya the par koi kanooni agreement nahi kiya tha kya ab me koi kanooni agreement kar sakta hu jisse maine money refund nahi hone par us par case kar saku sir wo agreement kaise or ose kya kahte h
If you have all the proofs of transaction took place between you two then you can file a cicil recovery suit in the jurisdictional Civil court demanding the payment of the same. Also, file the said civil recovery suit before completion of 3 years.
