DLSA Provided panel B lawyer to institute a suit in favour of appllicant before a competent court in favour/on behalr me. But the lawyer opinioned the CLAIM relates to 2003-06 So it willbe difficut fo the Civil court on facing the limitation issue.Though the party apeared in Lok adalat requesting date change to enabe MD to apear 10-4-14 Their adv colected dues documents from me. Even 13-8-14 the party asked me to contact the MD incharge. What does this mean?
Now, you should get back all your documents and initiate a civil recovery suit along with an application for condonation of delay stating proper reason as to why you delayed the initiation of the proceedings.
