How to recover my payment from the person who is not contactable.

I have to recover my payment from firm ie individual.at this point of time person is not available for communication and has changed his mob no.family members are not answering the call.and he has surrendered his home to bank and shifted to a other place. What should I do in this matter?

If you want to recover your amount from firm or individual who is not tradable.
You have to file suit for recovery of amount. Before Civil court.
You can ask court for proclamation.

File a criminal complaint against him for cheating and absconding at the nearest Police Station within the jurisdiction furnishing all details about him and his family members. The Police will trace him through by pressurizing his family members to know his whereabouts.
