How to recover money which were transferred to an unknown account

My father had transferred around 2 lakh to the person who had promised him to gave pension plan of some company. all transaction is happens through NEFT and RTGS. my father never told the same to home. last year after paralysis he expired and after seeing his bank account passbook we come to know about this transaction. we have detail of account no in which he transferred the money with bank details. please help me out with legal solution if any. The mobile numbers which we got is not switch off. the transation happened in delhi account and we r from maharashtra.

You have immediately file a police report against the person who has received the money. The compliant can be filed in Maharashtra as the cause of action also arrive in Maharashtra. You can gather the details of information about person who is holding the bank account from concern bank.

1. You can go to the bank and write an application mentioned the account no. as per your querry for purpose & knowing of the account holder original name & find out the account holder address . 2.Secondly , Send a Registered A.D legal notice with brief contents & averments mentioned in the passbook account transaction & mentioned in the notice for if you are not to paid that amount which my father transferred to your account of Rs. 2 lac with interest then i contrained the proceeding in Civil as well as Criminal Court and filed suit for recovery of money & parallel filing under Criminal proceeding also .
