How to recover money lent to a person

sir i give money to 1 person who give me security cheque and 100 stamp paper with sign of that person i give money in cash and also he give security cheque to 10 peoples also and that person is going and not return our money pls give me some soution

A criminal case can be proceeded with from Delhi and the process would begin with filing a complaint with the police and thereafter with the court. The suit for recovery could be filed in the court having jurisdiction.
