How to recover money lent to a freind

Hi, i have given 1.50 Lac approx amount to one of my friend, but these amounts are given in multiple parts and deposited in her collegues bank account. 5 years gone but still i have not received this amount back....and still she is saying to me that she will return ASAP. Now i want my entire amount back with interest. Tell me how to get back this amount.
As the period of limitation is 3 years within which you ought to have filed a recovery suit, you will have to create correspondence / evidence to show that she acknowledges the debt owed to you. You may send her reminders or legal notices through lawyers. Once she replies and acknowledges the debt due to you, the period of limitation is revived and begins to run once again and thereafter you may file a suit for recovery.
