How to recover amount from relative?

Hello sir, I had lended 50000 RS to one of my relative 5 years back and they have not returned yet. Once I started following up for money they have stopped picking my calls and messages. I stay in Hyderabad and they in Bhopal. Can you please advise me the legal proceeding for the same? Thank you
f any person to whom you have given loan of any amount, then in such case you shall have the right to claim money amount from that person by filing a recovery suit under order 7 rule 2 of CPC against that person. But before you file any recovery suit you shall have to send a legal notice for the recovery of the said amount of loan by giving him 7 days to repay. If he does not pay the loan amount within 7 days of such period, then the civil proceedings shall be commenced against him.

Your loan is barred by limitation that is 3 years. We need to have some document/s to show that the money was given and they have acknowledged and promised to repay he same within the previous 3 years from this date of filing the case of recovery.
