How to file a suit for recovery of personal loan

Its been almost one year n half i loan friend money and he is not goving ot back i tried all the way then after his ignorance i went to police station after long arguments he paid only 15000 and he changed hos house and threating me again and never get my moneyback and its my college fees i didnt have proof that time but he signed on that paper in police station that he have to pay me back what kind of legal action i can take against him and its worthy ?
Hi, you can take action based on the letter which was written and signed by him in police station. you may approach same station along with you lawyer to file FIR. If police refuse to file FIR then you may approach court.
