How to file a case against cheating when police refuses to file?

Likhit sabut nahi hai, audio and video recording hai jisme Jamie bech kar dene ki bat kahi hai. Vakalatnama notice kiya par jbab me ulta hi 3lakh ka arop mujh par hi laga raha hai. Police case nahi le raha hai kya kare. Mai b.tech student hu. Please help me.
if the police is refusing to register the FIR then you can file an application in the office of Senior Superintendent of Police Stating your concerns. However you can also file a complaint in the court of your jurisdiction under section 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
