Due to financial fraud thorough fake trading app, i m unable to pay my bank EMI. so what can be done?
We can File a police complaint under cyber crime for fraud. Inform your bank about the fraud and request EMI restructuring. If needed, we can approach RBI Ombudsman or file a consumer complaint for relief.
