How to avoid a recovery suit

i took a loan on truck in 2010 by shriram transport company of rupees 6.50 lac. and the interest on it is 4 lac total agreement value is 1050000. i had pay about 200000 in EMI. after that i had fail to pay, company repossessed his vehicle and sale in 300000, now they send recovery of 2200000. now the case in session court. how i get out of this worst situation
