How can I recover my CTC Bonus after resigning from the company?

My Previous employer has agreed to pay Rs. 48000 as Bonus as a part of CTC agreement for year 2016. I left the company in Nov 2016 and still eligible for Rs 44000 but HR and MD is not responding to my mails and phone calls, how can i recover the amount?
Carry relevant documents to establish that you are eligible for the bonus along with your correspondence in this regard to an Advocate and get a legal notice issued to your employer and depending upon the response/non response, you can decide on the future course of action.

as per your question i would like to suggest you first give your HR Manager in writing about your bonus amount due towards the Company. if the department still not responding you can approach to the court regarding this issue.
