Housing society discrimination

I am a member of hsg society since 23 years. The managing comittee has allotted the open parking & stilt parking to some members only since beginning. The managing comittee doesn't allow my car inside since I haven't purchased a parking from builder. There are lots of members who have more than 1 open parking spaces , but there are many like me who are not allowed to park inside. Some of the members who have more than 1 parking are giving on rent at 5000/- per month. Kindly advise legal remedy.

Hi, in relation to governance of housing societies, the managing committee has to follow bye laws. Bye law 78-84 provide for parking spaces in a society and how they are to be allocated. Earlier the builder did not have the right to sell parking spaces which are part of common amenities meant for all members of the society
