Home loan issue bank harrassing for Full payment,

Sir , I have home loan with axis bank and credit card, credit card was default i settled credit Card and closed,but My emi is up to date paid, no emi bounced. Now collection manager harrassing for close account or Will take possession of property.

Understand the Situation Clearly The bank can demand repayment, but it cannot harass, threaten, or publicly shame you. Harassment includes: Abusive or threatening calls/messages Sending recovery agents who behave badly Visiting your home/workplace repeatedly Such actions violate RBI guidelines and are illegal. 2. Check Your Loan Documents Read your loan agreement carefully. See the terms for repayment, default, penalties, and settlement options. Sometimes banks allow loan restructuring or EMI rescheduling if you genuinely can't pay full amount now.
