Help my friend to took loan from my bank account but now he is not wil

I help my friend to took the loan from my bank account and also from Paytm. But now he is not willing to pay it back. Bank sent me legal notice against it. What should I do?

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations. And as far as the legal notice from the bank is concerned you need to reply to that para wise stating all your grievances in brief. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

1. You can make him a party in the suit when they file a suit against you. 2. you can file a suit for recovery before the company files against you. 3. At this stage you can sent your friend a legal notice.

You would have to pay your bank the amount of loan taken on behalf of your friend. however you can file a case for recovery of the amount against your friend to get the money back. should you have any queries feel free to contact me
