Help me i have pay the moeny but still demading fruadly

I have taken a loan from my father friend of amount rs 25 lakh in 2021 he gave me this money on cash and ask me to write proof that i have taken loan at 2% interest with 3 filled cheque of 10 lakh,10 lakh and 5 lakh.I have written that i have taken this loan at 2 %interst rate and will return this money till feb 2022I paid interst every month and some additional money for principal like some month 50k,1 lakh and 1.5 lakh In cash onlynThis all is going peacefully as he come to my place to collect moneyIn feb 2022 the principal amount is rs 5 lakh i request him to grant time he gave me time in oral thier are no changes in written documentTill now i am paying interst of remaining amount but now he has deposit cheque of rs 10 lakh result in bounce. nAnd now demanding me to pay whole 25 lakh again nI do not have any receiving of money because is he my father friend age 75 i trust him but his sons are clever and now demading me to pay moeny for they will file a case of bouncing chq

I will have to go through the complaint filed against you in the case of cheque bouncing. how much money have you returned till date? and have all cheques been deposited or has only one cheque been deposited. for further queries please feel free to contact

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

In this case you have to immediately hire an advocate who will guide you what to do and what not to do …apart from that you have to start collecting evidences for whatever amount you you have paid till date ..these evidences could be via voice recordings etc ..plz b in touch
