I bought a GPA Residential property in my name in May 2022, later my late Father's employee requested possession of that property against his retirement compensation and loan to construct 2 floors on the property, I loaned him ₹8lakh for construction while he started living in that property to save his rental expenses and oversee construction. I am to transfer property in his Wife's name to avail govt services & essential connections. i want 8 lakh repaid, how?
