. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the management of my PG, for harassment, false accusations, illegal eviction, and refusal to refund my money. I had paid ₹1,30,000 out of the total yearly fee of ₹1,95,000, which included the security deposit. However, I was forced to leave after staying there for only two months and they refused my refund of the whole year
You may issue a legal notice seeking refund of advance and security deposit. Forced eviction without due process is illegal. File a civil suit for recovery and complaint before police/consumer forum for harassment and deficiency of service.
