Given loan to friend in uk via credit card

29-Oct-2025 (In Recovery Law)
I gave my credit card to a friend in the UK. He used £1100, promising to repay in a month. He sent £250 over 6 months which I used for minimum payments. Two years later, £1,000 is still unpaid. The card is closed, and I lost old statements and chats after changing phones. For the past six months in India, he’s said several times on WhatsApp he’ll repay the amount at Indian address. I have no other proof or account access — can I win the case with only partial WhatsApp messages from six months ?

Yes, there lies a high possibility that you win the case. I can assist you in recovery under the concerned provisions of Indian Laws. If you have paid him money in Europe, then too, I can assist you in recovering such money with the assistance of European Lawyers on the board of my Law firm.
