Gave money to one person and got a bond signed. How can i recover it?

I gave money to one person and got a bond signed. He returned part payment of it and not returning rest of it. How can i recovery my money from him? What is the procedure for the same?
Firstly, you are required to send a legal notice to the person asking to make the rest of the payment within stipulated time.
Failing so, you can file a recovery suit in the concerned civil court on the basis of the bond signed.
