Gave money to friend through online banking how to recover the amount?

My friend took 3 lac rupees from me. The transfer was made through online transaction. My friend is in Bihar, i am in Bangalore. Where do i have file a case? How can i recover my money?
Your suit for recovery will have to be instituted in Bihar unless you can show some nexus between the defendant and Bangalore, for example if the Defendant works for gain in Bangalore.
