Gave loan 3 years back to brother but not received any amount still

I have given 800000 lac to my cousin brother by selling my plot around 3year ago in cash with out written document and he said that that I will pay you the amount in6months but he did not give me any amount while pressuring him he gave me 6 cheques with amount written and signatured but the date is not written so what can be done in this case now my condition is very bad kindly show the path and procedures
If you have given loan to your brother by cheque or NFT, then you can file a suit of recovery.
Since you are attracted by the limitation of 3 years so you will have to file the same at the earliest by filing an application for condonation of delay thereby justifying the period of delay.
