In this case you have to send legal notice via your advocate and then we have to file the recovery suit for Rs.1 lakh …so you need to hire one advocate to send him the demand notice and that this is the thing you have to do to recover your money …thank you be in touch with us.

you can file complaint with police that your friend cheated you in lending him money and has not returned it. in the alternative you can also file a case in court for recovery of the money lent to your friend

Hi, Going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to send him a legal notice asking him to pay back the amount otherwise legal action will be initiated against them. The legal action may be criminal and civil depending upon what you want from him. Civil action : You can claim recovery of your money with compensation for harassment with interest. On the other hand Criminal action will put the wrongdoer behind the bars We can discuss it over a call for a sane legal advise.

Hi, If your UPI transaction details and the whatsapp chat contain sufficient information that points towards the existence of a loan then you may send a legal notice to your friend if an amicable resolution is not possible. If the debt remains unpaid even after the compliance period for the legal notice has expired, you may approach the civil courts by way of a recovery suit. Please feel free to contact me for further assistance.
