Flipkart travel and refunded my money since 2months

I have booked flight ticket through flipkart last year and due to corona flight got cancelled. In sep 2020 I got a refund of approax 3000 INR, Out of my TOTAL ticket booking amount of 7600/-INR. Remaining approax 4600/- was kept as credit shall balance with IndiGo airlines. Which I have asked IndiGo to refund back 4600/INR which got refunded to flipkart Travel in 3rd February 2020 as I have booked tickets through them. Since them I have been asking flipkart to refund my money and they always given one or other reasons asking for apologize. after like 15 follow up and 10-15 calls with them on 17 March they refunded 1600/- and said you got complete refund as you got 3000/- INR earlier. But in reality they still have to pay me 3000/- INR more. This is really frustrating can you advise please what legal action I can take against flipkart
