Finance company has done a fraud

My relative is register as an finance company fron RBI and i have taken multiple loans from him.On 2014 of 3lakhs ,2015 of 3 lakhs,2016 of 5 lakhs all this loan as been repay by meI have took another loan of 5 lakh in 2018 which is currently outstanding of rs 8 lakh(includimg interest ) i demand of the hisaab by my relative and match that with my hisaab i find out that they have miss many entries which making me pay more amountI then recall all the transaction of very previous loan and find out that i have paid extra amount of 6 lakhs to them in 2016 only nnIf i calculate 2%interst which they are taking from me. I have owe them money but they are denying to do a re-hisaab of previous loanAll the transaction are done in white so i ahve proof of extra amount paid.What i can do to take my extra amount of rs 6 lakh from 2016 which i have already paid themnThe total outstanding without interst is 5 lakh.That's why they are denying for hisaab of prevous loan.What legal action can i
