I understand you're facing a problem with a pupil who hasn't paid the final 20,000 INR installment for their child's 12th-grade coaching classes and is now unresponsive. Let's analyze your legal options in India. This situation doesn't involve criminal law, but rather civil law concerning breach of contract.
You need to prove a valid contract existed between you and the pupil. This could be a written agreement or even an implied contract based on your interactions and the pupil's acceptance of the coaching services.
Send a formal legal notice (through a lawyer) to the pupil, demanding payment within a specified timeframe. This notice should clearly state the contract details, the breach, and the consequences of non-payment.
