Family borrowed money and cheated

Have filed revovery suit against a family who borowed money and cheated, summons were instructed before 1 month Couet status shows "Awaiting summons" and another says "Report", what does this means, how to find if summons were served, thanks for the support

You can go to the department of the concerned court and inquire whether summons have been served to the parties. They will assist you with the same. For recovery, hopefully you have filed a summary suit and not a civil suit. Summary suit is less time consuming.
