False allegations of taking hand loan

I received a legal notice addressed to me and other family member. Sender made false claims in notice that I have taken hand loan on multiple occasions and wrongly claiming for witnesses btw which I have never taken. But my other family member did take money from sender something using my name without my consent. Now sender wants me to pay wrongfully claimed amount and blaming for bad loan given to my other family members.

First of all you must reply to the legal notice within the time. You need to lay down all your facts and figures within the said legal notice. If you do not reply within the time then the sender can take undue advantage at later stage of the case.

No need to worry, first thing u need to do is hire an advocate! We need to file reply to his notice in a legal way ..! So that this evidence can be a proof too ! Secondly we need to report to police too for the conspiracy he is doing…b in touch

Hi, In such a case it becomes relevant to reply to this notice and set the facts straight. Simply by virtue of being a family member you cannot be held liable for the debts of others especially if you have not signed any documents making you a guarantor, etc. Please feel free to contact me for any further assistance.

The person who had taken the loan will only be liable to repay the same. And if the person is unnecessary creating disturbance in your life then you can always file a complaint in writing and address it to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
