Execution delay of court ,order.Builder haven't appeal in NCDR .

We had a development Aggreement with builders, he builted building on our land, in agreement the sanction plan by Nagarpalika indicates 350 sq.ft. carpet area and builder stating he had given extra 150 sq.ft. even though in Aggreement it is mentioned if the extra area is sanctioned we had a right in it, but builder is not implementing the court order.
