Education Loan Recovery

Hi. I have an unpaid education loan from Oriental Bank of Commerce. The bank has levied major interests and charges and is threatening a court suit. Need urgent advise and legal help

sir you will have to clear the EMIs. my suggestion would be to write to the Oriental Bank of Commerce that you wish to clear their loan amounts at the earliest and request that they don't file any suit against you. if they proceed in the suit ex-parte it will be a decree agaisnt you.
