ECS mandate presentation other than regular EMI

I have a personal loan with tata capital with an emi of 11700.I have an overdue of 22000 due to previous non payments of emi. Now i am paying regularly. They present ECS of rs 1200 every month which get bounce due to insufficient balance. They present it 2 to 3 times a month and i end up paying bouncing charges. Is it legal to present such an ECS which im not aware of ?

What they are doing is wrong. And you can always serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances and in that notice you can write either stop all these harassment or face legal action. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
