I have registered one ecourt case awaiting summon but I have paid the payment from 6 months in regular basis

So you need to mention this after you received the summons in court that you have been paying the EMI regularly, and now there is no ground for this case to stand in court, also appear when you receive the summons to avoid getting arrest warrant in the case

The case has been filed in court The judge has taken initial cognizance Court is preparing to send summons to the opposite party
