E-commerce - Product not delivered - Lawyer fees query

Hi, I am from Delhi. Last month I bought a online product but product is not delivered. Want to open a case in consumer court and also need harassment compensation. What is fees of lawyer for such cases? (Full fees for this case)

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

That depends on the years of experience a lawyer has. Starting from 2500/- per for a consultation to 5000 and more. Some advocates take fees on per hearing basis and more when evidence is filed. So it completely depends on the case and experience of a lawyer
