Do I need to reply to a legal notice if I accept the demands?

25-Apr-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I received an legal notice from a p2p loan firm from whom I have taken loan. I was unable to pay the dues and received an legal notice. I accepted their demand and is willing to pay. Do I need to send them(the law firm) a reply or just send my dues to the loan firm and ignore the notice? Thank you.

Hi,

You shall send them a reply as to make sure they do not file a suit. In that reply you can very well mention that you are willing to settle the dispute amicably.

Feel free to contact

You should just speak to the person on whose behalf the legal notice has been recieved and let him know that you are willing to pay. However, you should get it written once you have made the payment that all the payments have been cleared in full.

You shall give a reply through your counsel and accordingly enter into a settlement. Also, are you admitting the amount and interest in its entirety or disputing the same in part. We will send the reply accordingly.
