defmation and bank emis missed

siR/madam,
i was not able to pay 2 emis of bank .
i kept my phone switch off bcz whole day phone kept riniging for same issue.
NO BANK EMPLOYEE EVER visited my hometown.
i had shifted residence(rented one) in decemebr and was nt able to update in bank.
then bank has emailed to HR n MY dept and i feel embaressed.
it states from commencement of loans i m irregular..i have paid loans reguralry for more than 3 years,
and second loan they gv me in july 2019 without considering my finacials..just an email and they gave me money.
can after paying emi i take defmation action again the person sending email to office?
Hi, as per the limited information provided by you, you have taken loan and not paid 2 EMIs. Have you paid the outstanding EMIs till now. We can move against the Bank depending upon the circumstances and facts. As per the information provided we can move before the Court in defamation.
