Dealy in processing security deposit refund

I am facing a delay in security deposit refund from Internet services provider company. Account was disconnected in April and router, signal converter box were collected after multiple followups on June 12th. However, I received ONT picked up mail and message on July 12th. I have a refund of 500/- from security deposit and 194/- in balance amount refund. Please advice how to approach consumer court or other channels as i'm not getting any resolution from customer support.

You have the right to climb your refund through legal channels and send a written notice to the service provider demanding the refund within 15 days there is no response file compliant with the local consumer disputes forum .
