Court summons not recieved after court orders

How many days prior to the hearing/ court orders an accused recieves the summon. And if i don't recieve the summons what to do?
I have read your query regarding your case and there are lots of judgments regarding your case. 1 month ago ya sometimes dates se kch din phle be recieved hota hain aagr summons ne aye hain toh no problem apko kch krne ke need ne hain ap summons ka wait kro or jb summons uske bad court me appear hona whenever you free call me back

The actual time when you will receive the summons is usually 10 days before the date of hearing. But if you haven't received the summons then you are not duty bound to appear before the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

When the court issues summons to the accused, the accused will receive the summons before the next date of hearing, if the accused has not received the summons through any medium i.e. WhatsApp, Gmail, then the accused is not required to appear.
